- From Vienna/Linz via the A1 motorway - exit Schörfling am Attersee - then another 17 km via the B 152 Weyregg am Attersee to Steinbach am Attersee.
- From Salzburg via the A1 motorway - Mondsee exit - then another 25 km via Unterach am Attersee - Weißenbach am Attersee to Steinbach am Attersee.
- From the north via the A8 motorway - exit Ried - to the town of Ried approx. 4 km, then another 60 km via Frankenburg - Gampern - Schörfling am Attersee - Weyregg am Attersee to Steinbach am Attersee.

- Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the entire building. There are ashtrays on the balconies and outside!
- Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, dogs are only allowed on the ground floor of the building.
- Arrival time is 15:00 / departure time is 10:00.
- If you book for two people and a dog, the booking is valid for two people and a dog. A maximum of 6 people is permitted, but this must be stated in advance when booking. It is also not permitted to change persons without prior notification. It is also not permitted for persons not specified to use the bathroom.
